Bondex Insurance Company is a direct writer of surety bonds to the construction industry in New Jersey, and does not use agents or brokers, but deals directly with clients. The company was formed to provide small to mid-size construction companies with surety bond availability in a difficult marketplace. The current competition in the contractor’s surety bond business has not responded adequately to contractor’s concerns, and has not made New Jersey a priority in their marketing efforts.

Our primary focus is to provide surety credit to contractors in an easy and simple manner by using a web-based surety management system that allows them to issue bonds online, manage their line of credit, and keep track of outstanding bonds. The efficiency in the process allows clients to get their account underwritten in an expedient manner and receive a surety program in writing.

The next step allows contractors to have the power to review their own bid bonds online and then manage their work on hand schedule through our web-based account.
Our goal is to give contractors more control of their business and allow them opportunities to bid last minute jobs with no delays in service.
